The dance team at the Boys & Girls Club of Webster-Dudley (Kids Next Door) is a fun, energetic, and inclusive group where youth come together to express themselves through movement, creativity, and teamwork. Open to a variety of skill levels, the team provides a supportive environment where members can learn different styles of dance, build confidence, and develop coordination and discipline.
Participants practice regularly, working on routines that may include hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance. Along the way, they strengthen friendships, learn the importance of commitment, and gain performance experience through showcases and community events. The program focuses not only on dance skills, but also on leadership, self-expression, and having fun in a positive and encouraging space.
