Program Support Staff Person - Boys & Girls Club, part time, Mon.-Fri.
Reporting to the Unit Director, the Program Support Staff person is responsible for youth supervision and maintenance of the bathrooms. Additional responsibilities include sweeping and mopping the floors daily, meal pick-up (off-site) and prep, and required paperwork.
The Program Support Staff person must also be available to work year-round and have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and good driving record. School year hours are 12:30pm to 6pm, Monday-Friday excluding school vacation weeks and summer break. Summer hours are 8:30am-4:30pm.
Requirements:
· Ability to strictly reinforce policies and practices
· Excellent interpersonal and internal/external customer service skills and communication skills
· Knowledge of the policies, programs and practices of the Boys & Girls Club of America
· Experience working with and demonstrating compassion and/or sensitivity toward vulnerable populations and youth with diverse backgrounds.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Club staff, Board members, volunteers, community groups, and other related agencies
Willing to get Serv-Safe certification
Required:
· Must be at least 18 years of age per EEC regulations.
· Bilingual preferred
· Must have regular and reliable attendance

Salary $15-$16/hour
