After-School Program
 
Program Begins
September 4th 2012

 

Enrollment:

Enrollment is open to anyone ages 6 to 18 currently enrolled in school. Members must attend an orientation with a parent. They must submit a membership application and all required documents.  Boys & Girls Club membership fee is $25.00 per year.

 

Hours of Operation:

M-F: 2:30 to 6:00 p.m.

Sat: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

**Hours are subject to change and will be posted at the Club

 

 

Bus Transportation:

Dudley:  For transportation from the Dudley/Charlton Regional School District, please contact the Boys & Girls Club and the member's school office.

 

Webster:  Bus Transportation is available from the Webster Public Schools to the Club each day for the after school program. Parents must fill out a permission slip and buy a monthly bus pass ($20.00 per month). Space on the bus is limited, seats will be filled on a first come first served basis

 

Check in/out:

Members must check in at the front desk with their membership cards each day.

 

For lost membership card there will be a $1.00 reissue fee.

 

Members may not leave and come back.

 

Members who don’t go to school will not be allowed in the Club that day unless approved by the Executive Director or Program Director.

 

Everyone, including adults must check in and out of the building.

 

Members need written permission to walk home under the age of 13.

 

Parents or guardians or there designee must come into the Club to pick up your child. The Boys & Girls Club program staff will not release a child to anyone other than a parent unless we have written notification from the parents.  In an emergency situation a phone call is acceptable.

 

Members are not allowed to wait outside.

 

Food:

We will serve snack each day after school. On full days we will serve breakfast and lunch. The snacks and meals are provided as a part of the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program, therefore each child under 12 must fill out a food form to attended the Programs.

 

Programs:

Each day we will provide a variety of programs and activities including but not limited to physical education, sports, homework help, game room, arts & crafts, power hour, project learn, tournaments, special events, science club, health & safety programs, photography, etc.

 

1st Aid:

If any first aid is administered by staff, the parents will be notified. If your child becomes ill at the program or is found to have a contagious condition you or your emergency contact will be called and expected to pick up the child as soon as possible.
